Peach & Peppadew Salsa

Ingredients

4 large ripe peaches chopped

12 peppadews chopped

1/4 large red onion diced

1 T lime juice

1 T EVOO

1/2 bunch fresh cilantro chopped

1/4 teaspoon Aleppo pepper or crushed red pepper

kosher salt to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Taste, & adjust ingredients as desired.
